Jeep Recovery - June 2008

Last summer a member of Search and Rescue was kayaki down the river near McTucker ponds and notice there very tip top of this jeep. He called another member who is also a deputy with the Sheriffs office. We spent most of an afternoon lugging ropes and chains across the river (divers pulled them across) and hooking them to the jeep. Once we got it to the side using a wrecker, one of the officers went and got his tractor- which still didnt budge the jeep. We finally got it out but what a mess it was inside by that time. These are the only pictures i could find for now! I know i have more so i will post them as soon as i can find them
